Shear Factory Warranty:
Your shears are guaranteed against any factory defects. If we are required to replace your shears because of a factory defect, we reserve the right to replace them with an identical pair, a like pair, or other model, depending on your shear model's availability. Marianna will charge a nominal fee for shipping, handling, and insurance.

Free Lifetime Sharpening:
As long as your Talon shears can be sharpened (as determined by the factory) they are covered by our free sharpening warranty. There will be a nominal fee for shipping, handling, and insurance.

Your Responsibility:
Within 45 days of purchase, you must register your shear online with us. Talon Shears may not be serviced by anyone other than an authorized Marianna service center or your warranty is null and void, no exceptions.
